Etched Earrings:

 After enjoying the experimentation field of working around the idea of etching, I decided to make another piece, something simple from the mendhi design that I had transformed into earrings. 

I had darkened the lighting to get a better feature of the etched design. This design is commonly used for henna art on the palm, legs and wrists.

Term 1: Exhibit

Term one has come to an end....this is my final presentation for the term.

Term one exhibition 

The layout includes: a splash page which is of my pieces being explained of the experimentation of the 1.etching ,to what the out come was on copper 2.the final etching piece with a chain attached,all handmade 3.the design process of how I got the cuff bracelet idea along with an inspired ring pierced .

The jewellery pieces are mendhi designed cuff bracelets, link chain with a lotus(mendhi art etched onto the copper) and the earrings etched attached by shepherds hook. 

Fail design turned into art :Henna

I was playing around with the Henna on the tissue, made a lotus design and then compressed the another tissue on this tissue until it was smudged and did not look the way I wanted it to look like so I decided to transform the design into a Ganesha since it looked like a Ganesha to me...And this was the outcome.
